I would like to extend a huge congratulations to Alice Tribedi who received Community Coach of the Year at the UK Coaching Awards for her brilliant Exercise with Alice dance and exercise class, which runs in Ickenham for the over 60s.
I had the pleasure of visiting one of these classes during the 2019 General Election campaign and can vouch for this award being thoroughly well-deserved. An excellent way for older able and disabled residents of Hillingdon to keep fit, socialise and have fun with an enthusiastic and dedicated coach. Well done Alice!
